PLEASE READ - How to pick up you Pies!

IT’S TIME TO PICK UP YOUR PIES AND COOKIE DOUGH!!

Pick up for Lyman Orchard Pies and Otis Spunkmeyer Cookie Dough:

TUESDAY, NOVEMBER 26TH

1PM-4PM

1) If you pick up your child(ren) right after school, please come to the school to pick up your order any time from 1:00pm - 4:00pm.

Please go to the first green outer door close to the cafeteria - we will be in the immediate hallway with all of the orders. Items are frozen and will need to be stored in a freezer soon after pick up.

2) If your child(ren) take the bus, we will send your order home with your oldest child ONLY if it is 1-2 items.

3) If your child(ren) take the bus and your order is MORE THAN 2 ITEMS, you will need to come to school to pick up on Tuesday any time between 1:00pm-4:00pm.

4) If your child(ren) is in the Y after school program AND you are picking up your child(ren) after 4pm, we will bring your order to the Y program.

Any orders not picked up on Tuesday cannot be kept and stored and therefore will be donated.

Please let Gloria know how you will be receiving your order, either 1) picking up between 1-4pm, 2) by bus only if 1-2 items, or 3) through the after school program.
